Brandium

Psychology, then world, then campaign, then math.

Brandium is a dual desk. Creative first. Capital after. Brief a designer, mock a page, price from costs you typed. Not a slogan mill. Not a spreadsheet that pretends to be a brand.

Open the desk

Sign in keeps briefs on your account.

How to use it

Three moves. Then the desk works.

  1. 01

    Say the job

Type, dictate, or talk. Pick a mode if you already know the job. If you do not, Ask is enough.

  2. 02

Get a memo, not a vibe

Brandium writes from what you actually said. Missing numbers stay blank. It will not invent a price, LTV, or CAC.

  3. 03

Make the work, then decide spend

Build and Campaign make the brand and the ads. Model and Decide only speak when the numbers you typed can bear it.

Creative engine

Make the work.

Positioning, codes, offer, ads, sequence. Brandium will not cheerlead a weak idea. Three concepts means three different ideas.

Capital engine

Then decide spend.

Price from the cost stack. Unit economics from numbers you actually have. GO is a spend call — not a ban on making the work. Missing data stays missing.

Build

A brief your designer can use. A mock of the page. Not a live site.

What it will do

  • Write the brand: positioning, codes, name, look, offer.
  • Hand a designer a brief they can shoot and set type from.
  • Make stills and a short reel from those codes.
  • Mock a landing or offer page, live, on the desk.
  • Give you a Grok Build prompt to ship that page elsewhere.

What it will not do

  • Host or publish your website. Nothing goes live from Brandium.
  • Replace a designer when the work needs craft in the file.
  • Invent a category, a customer, or a number you did not give it.
  • Rebuild Brandium from inside Brandium.
  • Post, spend, or create a Bot that publishes itself.

The six modes

One desk. Two jobs.

  1. 01 · Ask

One scoped question. A short memo. Psychology and constraint first.

Example. “What is actually blocking conversion on this offer?”

You leave with. A short answer. Spend only if you asked about spend.

  2. 02 · Build

The brand system: positioning, codes, name, look, offer. Stills, a reel, and a live mock of a landing or offer page.

Example. “Position this ceramics line for gift and house. I need a brief my designer can shoot from, and a mock of the offer page.”

You leave with. A world. Codes. A designer brief. A mock you can hand to Grok Build. Not a hosted live site.

  3. 03 · Campaign

Territory, sequence, and at least three distinct concepts. Ads, stills, a short reel. Not three tints of one idea.

Example. “Launch sequence for a $48 DTC serum. Three territories. Who sees what first.”

You leave with. A campaign you can brief a team with. Media after the idea, not instead of it.

  4. 04 · Model

Price and unit economics from the cost stack you type. Live formula. Empty boxes stay empty.

Example. “COGS $12, fulfillment $4.20, take 2.9%, target margin 55%. What list price does that support?”

You leave with. A price the costs can bear — or a blank, if you did not give the costs.

  5. 05 · Review

Paste a plan, deck, ads, or model. Craft first, then math. It will not cheerlead.

Example. “Here is the deck. Where is the idea weak, and where is the unit economics a story?”

You leave with. A stress test. Gaps named. No applause.

  6. 06 · Decide

A board one-pager. GO is a spend verdict, not a ban on making the work.

Example. “Should we spend $40k on this launch next month?”

You leave with. GO, CONDITIONAL GO, NO-GO, or insufficient data. Missing LTV or CAC is insufficient data.

Questions

Straight answers.

Can I use Brandium to brief my graphic designers?
Yes. That is a core Build job. You leave with positioning, codes, offer, and stills a designer can work from. Put the category, the customer, and any constraint in the brief. Brandium will not hand you a slogan pack and call it a system.
Can I design and launch a website from Brandium?
You can make a live mock of a landing or offer page from the brand codes, then copy the Grok Build prompt to ship that page. Brandium does not host, publish, or go live for you. It will not rebuild Brandium from inside Brandium. Treat the mock as the brief for the page — not the production site.
What can Build actually do?
Name, positioning, verbal and visual codes, the offer, stills, a short reel, and a mock of the landing or offer. World first. Spreadsheet after. If you only have a product and a feeling, start here. If you need ads in sequence, that is Campaign. If you need a price, that is Model.
Do I need numbers before I start?
No. Creative first, capital after. Make the brand and the campaign without a model. When you have costs, open Model. Brandium will not invent the missing ones so the page looks finished.
Will it invent a price, LTV, or CAC?
No. Blanks stay blank. GO requires LTV and CAC you actually supplied. That is a spend call, not financial advice.
Talk, dictate, or type?
Type in any language Grok supports. Brandium answers in that language. The mic next to the box is dictate — it writes, it does not send. Talk is a live voice conversation: Brandium speaks, the transcript prints on screen. Turn into inquiry runs that conversation as a written brief.
Does anything publish itself?
No. Standing Bot duty is a reminder card. Confirm to keep it. Nothing posts, nothing goes live, nothing spends.
What is Federation? What is an FIA Brief?

FIA Labs ships separate professional desks — LIA, MIA, CFO Sentinel, Aquinian Studio, Brandium, ExecMind, Cine-Novelist. Each desk is its own practice. Matters, conversations, files, and drafts stay on the desk that created them. There is no shared workspace and no silent sync.

Federation is the layer that lets one practitioner use those desks as a house, not as seven disconnected logins that cannot speak.

Federation is a room of desks in the domains a matter needs — law, medicine, finance, strategy, brand, theology and ethics, and narrative — without merging their files. You walk to the desk that owns the question. You send an FIA Brief when you want that desk's view on a packet you authorise. You do not dump the whole matter on the table.

What it is for

Work often needs more than one discipline before you green-light it. A Brandium campaign may need LIA on claims and CFO on cost. An ExecMind decision may need LIA on exposure. Federation is how you send a defined packet to another desk and get a defined reply back, without pouring the whole matter file across the house.

What is shared

  • ·FIA Plan — the seat that turns Federation on for this account.
  • ·FIA credit packs — one fuel tank that can be spent on any shipped desk.
  • ·FIA Briefs — only what you explicitly authorise to send.

What is never shared

Conversations, uploads, exhibits, transcripts, and the matter file. Opening another desk is navigation, not a data merge.

FIA Brief

An FIA Brief is not a client brief, a Crown brief, or a counsel brief. It is a short authorised export you compose: the question, the conclusion you are willing to show, the caution. The receiving desk comments on that packet. The sending desk can read the reply. Governance is the record of FIA Briefs sent and returned — not a copy of either desk's chat.

How you can tell it is on

FEDERATION INACTIVE (grey, under the Brandium mark): this account has no FIA Plan seat. You can still use Brandium. Send FIA Brief and FIA Brief inbox stay locked. Operator, Studio, and House do not include Federation.

FEDERATION ACTIVATED (green, under the Brandium mark): this account has an active FIA Plan. You may send an FIA Brief to another shipped desk and receive FIA Briefs those desks send back.

Credits and Plan

The desk seat pays for this practice (on Brandium: Operator / Studio / House). FIA Plan pays for the house layer. Packs are extra fuel and do not expire. Packs do not turn Federation on.

How does billing work?
Two prices, both live. Operator $29 / 1,200 included. Studio $79 / 3,200. House $249 / 10,000. The seat pays the firm. Credits pay the models, and only for work that landed — 100 credits is $1 of billed use. Packs start at $10 and do not expire. Light users are not taxed to cover someone else’s video. Failed runs are not charged.
Where do my briefs live?
Sign in with email and they follow the account. Continue on this device and they stay in this browser.

Blanks stay blank.

Open the desk. Say the job. If the cost stack is empty, the price stays empty. Human judgment remains the authority. Not financial advice.
